For suitable impact-abrasion applications, Tsingbay bainitic steel can deliver approximately 2× service life compared with high manganese steel, helping reduce change-out frequency, downtime and lifecycle procurement cost.

The material is supported by geometry-specific heat treatment protocols and in-house inspection, so performance is not only designed in the alloy — it is controlled through production.
