Casting

From raw material to solid casting

Our casting process runs two parallel preparation lines — mould preparation and metal preparation — that converge at the pouring stage. Every step is performed in-house.

Shell mould preparation.

Sand production

Resin-coated sand formulated and processed in-house using our proprietary sand reclamation system. 95–98% recovery from previous cycles ensures batch-to-batch consistency.

Shell forming & assembly

Automated shell production on heated metal patterns. Shells inspected before assembly — rejected shells recycled back into the sand system.

Metal preparation & pouring.

Raw materials weighed and batched to the target alloy formula
Controlled-temperature pouring into assembled shell moulds
High-purity alloy melting and tapping
Cooling, shakeout and sand recovery for reclamation

Batching

Raw materials weighed and proportioned to the target alloy formula.

Melting

High-purity melting with fully customisable material formulation. 100% full-spectrum composition verification before every pour to ensure material stability and consistency.

Pouring

Controlled-temperature pouring into assembled shell moulds, ensuring forming accuracy and internal structure density, eliminating porosity and inclusions.

Cooling & shakeout

Solidification, shell removal, and sand recovery for reclamation.

Can this be cast better?

Send us the drawing, weight and material grade. We’ll review the moulding route, casting risks and possible improvements.
